Thank you for purchasing from AI Profit Lab.

Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is different from physical product returns.

1. Digital Product Nature

AI Profit Lab sells digital products, including PDF guides, templates, prompt libraries, workflow resources and bonus materials.

No physical product is shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds may be limited once the files have been accessed, downloaded or delivered.

We may consider a refund request only in the following cases:

- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
- You were charged incorrectly
- You did not receive access to your files due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve
- The delivered file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Not having enough time to use the product
- Expecting guaranteed financial, business or social media results
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Incompatibility with a specific tool when the PDF files are otherwise accessible
- Downloaded or accessed digital files

- A short description of the issue
- A screenshot, if helpful

We will try to resolve the issue by resending access, replacing the file or providing alternative download instructions.

5. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access to the downloadable files, you acknowledge that the product is delivered digitally.

Where applicable, if digital content is supplied immediately with your consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has started.

6. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
